Our dedicated director and horse enthusiast. Kel is a dedicated professional in the disability sector making a positive impact in the community for 13 years and does not look at slowing down anytime soon. Kel understands the need for a tailored and individualised outlook on your care needs and has a dedicated team around her to make this happen.
Kel has a special interest in neurological disabilities and has had the pleasure of working with individuals and their families to create a plan specific to their journey.
In her spare time Kel likes to spend time outside creating an inviting space for her and her family to enjoy the few acres surrounded by her animals.
Nicky is our Sunshine Coast Team Leader and Southeast QLD Manager. She has many years of experience in disability and aged care, specific qualifications in dementia, support coordination and much more. Nicky is currently studying Nursing and hopes to put her Nursing skills into practice with Kel & Co. Care once she has completed her studies. Nicky has 2 children with disabilities and utilises her life experience to specialise in placing the perfect support worker with participants. In her spare time, Nicky has a love of art and enjoys painting, drawing and watercolours.
Chrissie comes with over 30 years of experience in the industry from the young to the aged and everything in between, she has seen and done it all. A qualified Counsellor and a disability support worker she has a broad range of qualifications and experience across the field.
Chrissie enjoys 70's music, swimming at the beach, art and painting and anything to do with animals. She is involved in many animal charities and spends her free time raising money for these charities and enjoying her passions.
Charles is one of our sunshine coast support workers who thrives best when helping others strive to be their best self!
With a passion for care work, in his own words, charles says ‘Care work is the single most fulfilling position that I have had the honour of holding’.
in his spare time and on the job with participants Charles enjoys learning about history - particularly ancient history - being in nature - be it walks in the hills, or around the coast - reading and exercising.
Charles originated from England and immigrated to Australia several years ago and is now a dad to 2 amazing children.
Jo is one of our wonderful team members on the Sunshine Coast. Jo holds a Diploma of Community Services and has been involved in the world of disability support for over 3 years.
On a more personal level Jo takes joy in painting, gardening, picking flowers and fungi, and having meaningful discussions with homeless people in the local area.
Jo enjoys every aspect of her job and is a very relaxing person to have by your side!
